TERMS OF PURCHASE;
Order: Habitus Watch receives and processes all orders in the order they are received. Orders placed in someone else’s name without their consent will be reported.
CONFIRMATION: When you have placed your order, you will receive an email in which Habitus Watch confirms receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted.
APPROVAL: All orders are subject to Habitus Watch’s approval and subject to availability. Habitus Watch will send you an email confirming that your order has been approved and the product has been shipped to you.
Warranty: Habitus Watch has a 2 year factory warranty which is only applicable to products purchased from this website or from an authorized Habitus Watch retailer. The warranty does not apply to the cardboard covering for watch boxes, as its task is only to protect the box from possible delivery damage and therefore lacks the Habitus Watch logo.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: When you shop on our website, we will save some of your personal data so that you can complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or removed. Habitus Watch may also use cookies, for example to improve your experience on this website.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: It is important that you, as a customer, carefully examine the product when you receive it. If your item is damaged in transit, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies regardless of whether the damage is visible or not. If, after receiving the item, you discover that it is damaged or does not correspond to the item you ordered, you must contact Habitus Watch or the retailer where you purchased the watch within 14 days.
RESPONSIBILITY: Habitus Watch’s liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery conditions for the current delivery and what follows from these conditions. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order

AGE LIMIT: You must be at least 18 years old to place orders and shop on Habitus Watch.
RESERVATIONS: Habitus Watch reserves the right for final sales of products, possible price errors, stock differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and possible typographical errors on our site. We also reserve the right that certain product information is not complete.
PROPORTIONS ETC.: Habitus Watch strives for the representation of the products on the website to be as close to reality as possible. However, Habitus Watch cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the real appearance of the products, e.g. Habitus Watch cannot guarantee that the proportions and colors shown on the website accurately reflect the proportions and colors of the watch in reality. How the colors are reproduced depends on e.g. on your screen, graphics card and settings in your computer.
PRICES/CURRENCY: The prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT, but excluding shipping and payment fees. Habitus Watch reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, this may cause Habitus Watch to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best possible way. It is always possible that some products, despite Habitus Watch’s best efforts, may be incorrectly priced. In the event that a product turns out to have a different price than the price stated on the website, Habitus Watch will either contact you or refuse your order and notify you accordingly.
Please note that any offers and discounts only apply to products at regular price.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION/RETURN: The customer has the right to cancel/return an item within 30 days from when the order was received. As a customer, you have free return shipping. If you choose to use the right of withdrawal, Habitus Watch will, as soon as your return is approved, send you a confirmation via e-mail and refund the amount you paid for the goods in question to the account used for the order, when the goods are received and after inspection. Usually it takes approx. 3-5 banking days from when we received and approved your return. This right only applies under the condition that the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when received. If the customer exercises their right to cancel/return an item, the customer must contact Habitus Watch to obtain an address to send the item to. If the customer lives in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may have to bear the return costs themselves.
CLAIM: If you wish to claim an item by returning it, any damage to ordered items must be reported to Habitus Watch customer service as soon as possible. Note! the warranty card you find in the watch box must be kept as it must be sent with the watch in connection with the complaint. However, the deadline for making a complaint is not shorter than two months from when the consumer discovered the fault. If the consumer does not complain in time, the right to complain about the fault is lost. The right to complain is valid for 3 years, but does not apply to normal wear and tear. If an error or defect is discovered, you as the customer must within a reasonable time after discovering this, or should have discovered this, inform Habitus Watch of your desire to complain about the mistake (complaint). A defect that appears within six months of the consumer taking possession of the goods (usually the time of delivery) shall be assumed to have existed when the risk was transferred. If you have received an incorrect or wrongly forwarded delivery, Habitus Watch will, provided you follow the return instructions included in your order and inform Habitus Watch’s customer service for customary return costs. In the event of a dispute, Habitus Watch refers to ARN (General Complaints Board) and Habitus Watch always follows their recommendations.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING: Habitus Watch cooperates with PostNord and offers free shipping. We offer free and fast shipping/delivery with minimal environmental impact. Your order is delivered with PostNord to the address you specify when you place your order. Normally you will receive your goods between 1-3 days after we have received your order. During high season and during our sales period, it may take a little longer. You will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail when we have sent your order. If an item is sold out, out of stock or delivered later, you will be notified by email. If you discover damage to the package upon receipt and before opening it, Habitus Watch urges you to point out the error to the supplier on site, take pictures of the damage and to first contact PostNord customer service and then notify Habitus Watch customer service about this.
INSURANCE: All shipments sent from Habitus Watch to you are insured.
PAYMENT: You pay for the goods you ordered from Habitus Watch through our payment solutions. Do not send valuable documents or money by letter. Habitus Watch is not responsible for money, checks and stamps sent to us by mail.
LINK ADJUSTMENT/LINK CHANGE: Women’s model LIVIA’s, links cannot be removed, but you can easily adjust the size by moving the link with a click. On the inside of the men’s models you will find markings with small arrows at the joints you can remove. the pins must be pushed out in that direction and put back in the same.
USE OF THE TOOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Beställning:
Habitus Watch tar emot och behandlar alla beställningar i den ordning de kommer in. Beställningar som görs i någon annans namn utan dennes samtycke kommer att anmälas.
BEKRÄFTELSE:
När du lagt din beställning får du ett e-postmeddelande i vilken Habitus Watch bekräftar mottagandet av din beställning. Denna bekräftelse innebär inte att din beställning har accepterats.
GODKÄNNANDE:
Samtliga beställningar är föremål för Habitus Watch:s godkännande och i mån av tillgång. Habitus Watch kommer att skicka ett e-postmeddelande som bekräftar att din beställning har godkänts och produkten har skickats till dig.
GARANTI:
Habitus Watch har 2 års fabriksgaranti som är endast tillämplig på produkter köpta från denna webbplats eller från en auktoriserad Habitus Watch återförsäljare. Garantin gäller ej kartong klädnad till klockboxar då dennes uppgift är endast att skydda boxen från eventuella leveransskador och saknar därför Habitus Watch loggan .

Habitus Watch:s ansvar för fel i samband med leverans är begränsat i enlighet med gällande leveransvillkor för den aktuella leveransen och vad som följer av dessa villkor. Vår ansvarsskyldighet gentemot dig för eventuella förluster eller skador som uppstår i samband med din beställning på

För det fall en produkt skulle visa sig ha ett annat pris än det pris som angetts på webbplatsen kommer Habitus Watch antingen att kontakta dig eller neka din beställning och meddela dig om detta. Vänligen notera att eventuella erbjudanden och rabatter endast gäller på produkter till ordinarie pris.
ÅNGERRÄTT/RETUR:
Kunden har rätt att ångra/returnera en vara inom 30 dagar från det att beställningen mottogs.
Du har som kund gratis returfrakt. Väljer du att utnyttja ångerrätten kommer Habitus Watch, så snart din retur godkänts, skicka en bekräftelse till dig via e-post samt betala tillbaka det du erlagt för de aktuella varorna till kontot som användes vid beställningen, när varorna är mottagna och efter inspektion. Oftast tar det ca. 3-5 bankdagar från att vi mottagit och godkänt din retur. Denna rätt gäller endast under förutsättning att produkten och dess originalförpackning returneras i samma skick som vid mottagandet. Om kunden utnyttjar sin rätt att ångra/returnera en vara ska kunden kontakta Habitus Watch för att få en adress att skicka varan till. Om kunden bor i ett geografiskt område där det nationella postverket inte erbjuder returer kan kunden vara tvungen att själv stå för returkostnaden.
REKLAMERA:
Om du önskar reklamera en vara genom att returnera denna, ska eventuella skador på beställda varor anmälas snarast till Habitus Watch kundservice. Obs! garanti kortet du finner i klockboxen, skall bevaras då den ska skickas med klockan i samband med reklamationen. Tidsfristen för att reklamera är dock inte kortare än två månader från det att konsumenten upptäckte felet. Om konsumenten inte reklamerar i tid, går rätten att reklamera felet förlorad. Reklamationsrätten gäller i 3 år dock gäller inte normalt slitage. Om ett fel eller en defekt upptäcks, måste du som kund inom rimlig tid efter att ha upptäckt detta, eller borde ha upptäckt detta, informera Habitus Watch om din önskan för att reklamera felet (reklamation). Ett fel som visar sig inom sex månader efter att konsumenten tagit över varan (vanligtvis leveranstid punkten) ska antas ha funnits när risken överfördes. Om du fått en felaktig eller felexpedierad leverans kommer Habitus Watch, förutsatt att du följer de returinstruktioner som följer med i din beställning och informerar Habitus Watch:s kundtjänst för sedvanliga returkostnader. LEVERANS/FRAKT:
Habitus Watch samarbetar med PostNord och erbjuder fri frakt. Vi erbjuder gratis och snabb frakt/leverans med minimal miljöpåverkan. Din order levereras med PostNord till adressen du anger när du gör din beställning. Normalt får du dina varor mellan 1-3 dagar efter att vi har fått din beställning. Under högsäsong samt under vår reaperiod kan det dröja något längre. Du får en leveransbekräftelse via e-post när vi har skickat din order. Om en vara är slutsåld, inte finns i lager eller levereras senare meddelas du om detta via e-post. Om du upptäcker en skada på paketet vid mottagandet och innan du öppnar det, Habitus Watch uppmanar dig att påpeka felet till leverantören på plats, ta bilder på skadorna och att först kontakta PostNord kundtjänst och sedan meddela Habitus Watch kundservice om detta.

Alla försändelser som skickas från Habitus Watch till dig är försäkrade.
BETALNING:
Du betalar de varor du beställt från Habitus Watch genom våra betallösningar. Skicka inga värdehandlingar eller pengar via brev. Habitus Watch ansvarar inte för pengar, checkar och frimärken som skickas till oss via brev.
LÄNKJUSTERING/LÄNKBYTE:
Dam modellen LIVIA´s, länkar går ej att avlägsna men, du kan enkelt justera storleken genom att flytta kopplingen med en klick. På insidan av herr modellerna finner du, markeringar med små pilar vid de leder du kan avlägsna. stiften skall skjutas ut i den riktningen och sättas tillbaka i samma.
